Myofunctional YOUR-Time Option (MYO)

Our innovative and unique myofunctional treatment program option (MYO) combines synchronous and asynchronous support from your trained therapist to provide you with a custom made program that allows you to engage with your therapist and work on your treatment plan when and where it is convenient for YOU.

How this program works:

01.

Evaluation

Your initial evaluation will determine your specific needs. Your therapist will then create a unique treatment Plan of Care (POC) to address your specific needs.

02.

Program Fee

At the beginning of each month, you will be charged a flat rate of $180 for the program for that month.

You will work with your therapist to determine a schedule that works for you

03.

Synchronous Care

You will meet with your therapist in a 1:1, 30-minute therapy session via zoom.

You will then also meet with your therapist 3 more times within the month for short 15-minute sessions to review your exercises and progress and train new exercises or skills.
These sessions can be scheduled at times that are convenient for you any time during the month.

04.

Asynchronous Care

Twice within the month, you will submit video recordings of your work with the techniques or exercises trained within your therapy sessions. Your therapist will review these videos and send you a written report of your performance with any feedback or recommendations they have for you for continued work.

Additionally, your therapist will provide you with written or illustrated instructions or links to video clips demonstrating how to complete the assigned exercises or techniques.
